Hi, I’m Pratyasha Sinha, a dedicated mental health professional committed to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I have completed my post-graduation in Psychology(clinical) with FIRST CLASS WITH DISTINCTION.

I work as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Adolescent Counselor, Shadow Work Coach, Life Coach, and Certified Hypnotherapist, integrating both scientific and holistic approaches to mental wellness.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices to support emotional release and healing which is enabling me to work with a wide range of emotional and interpersonal concerns.

My certifications and training programs have been completed through internationally recognized professional associations in the field of psychology and mental health, ensuring a global standard of learning and ethical practice.

I have gained valuable clinical exposure through internships at reputed mental health institutions where I worked under supervision in counseling sessions, psychological assessments, and case discussions.

Currently, I am also working as a Professional School Counselor, where I support students in managing emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.

My goal is to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that healing is a journey, and with the right guidance, every individual has the ability to grow, transform, and build a healthier relationship with themselves.
