My sessions are integrative and personalized, where I use a combination of evidence-based techniques including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) , ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), along with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and TFT (Thought Field Therapy) tapping methods, depending on the individual’s needs. I also incorporate trauma-informed care and approaches for relationship and family dynamics based on individual needs.
